Shipping/Delivery Policy:

We only ship within UK. If you’re outside UK call or email us for your shipping rate.

90% of all orders are sent out within 24 hours
We use First Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail and Parcel Force 48 Services. If an order is placed before 3pm- Monday to Friday (GMT) and is in stock then you should receive your order within 1-3 working days.

For repeated order on items currently out of stock please allow 14 to 30 days for delivery. If you have a query regarding delivery please contact us

Order Cancellation:

90% of all orders are sent out within 24 hours. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us before items are dispatched at 2pm. Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 2pm.


Normal rates:-
UK Recorded Delivery (Signed For)from - £2.99 UK, depending on the weight of the item(+packing). Courier Service: from £10.49, next day service (depending on time of order) using a courier, should be placed by 1pm, Ideal for postal strikes or where Royal Mail is not the best option. Courier Service/ overnight delivery, please note: an additional shipping charges wil apply. Please contact us immediately.

For some items, the figures above generally valid, though there may on occasion be exceptions due to the excess weight of an item. This will be clearly stated as you order and will be shown at checkout.

Returns/Exchange procedure is as follows:


If you need to make a return/exchange, please indicate your reasons for returning items and you will need to contact us within 3 business days from the day you received your order to get a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us

If the reason for return is a mistake on our end, such as incorrect items or damaged items, a full refund will be issued. If there is not a problem with the order and you are wanting to return the items for other reasons, you will be issued a refund for the items only, not shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PACKAGES UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE R.A. NUMBER FROM US WHICH WILL NEED TO BR VISIBLE ON THE PACKAGE.

All items must be returned, undamaged in the original Packages/shipping container within 7days.
